    Great video and great overview of product. I’m looking at a new business start-up and have come across Zoho before. I think you have summed it up perfectly. Great for straight forward task management and call backs etc but anything over three users with more sophisticated needs means Zoho is not the tool of choice. Really appreciated the tips on support too, this is invaluable.
