Free Sales Contact Management Software

I am looking for software sales territory maps?

I am looking for a territory mapping software to sell? I just need to have a customer lists and import them into a program for assigning addresses. So you can establish equal territories for my sales staff. I know a good program for buy or if there is something out there free. I do not really need a complete contact management software, but it is the only way I can get the mapping so be it.

I think Microsoft MapPoint can. It integrates well with other office products and CRM products.
