Can you recommend a contact management software good?

Good morning. I can manage a small business, and I need software to manage my contacts. That's what I do: I relate to many people in my work. I need a folder for each person, where I can write notes on this person. This is the main thing I need. The price is not a problem. What is the best program to do that? Come on guys! Can anyone recommend a good program that does this?

Microsoft Outlook. No Outlook Express, Outlook, but complete. It is the final corporate email, calendar and contact management program. If you do not have Outlook (hopefully you if have Microsoft Office) then I recommend Mozilla Thunderbird, which can be downloaded free. You do not have a clear timetable, but the direction of solid contact.
